Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties and Outsourcing)

For the smooth operation of our service, we outsource certain personal information processing tasks to the following third parties:

Tasks Outsourced:

• Firebase: Member authentication, storage of user information (email, token balance), operation of backend services (Cloud Functions, Firestore Database), and analysis of user activity data.

Article 4 (Retention and Destruction of Personal Information)

The personal information of users is destroyed immediately upon membership withdrawal.

📋 'Geul-Bridge' Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this agreement is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Geul-bridge, the service provider, and the user in using the [App Name] app (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service').

• The company may amend this agreement if there is a significant reason for service operation, and the amended agreement will become effective in the same manner as described in Paragraph 1.

Article 4 (Membership Registration and Withdrawal)

• A user can apply for membership by filling out the registration form provided by the company and expressing their consent to this agreement.
• Members may request to withdraw their membership at any time through the withdrawal procedure within the app.

Article 5 (Service Provision)

• The company provides image translation services to the user and may offer them on a paid or free basis.
• The functions and content of the Service may be changed according to the company's policy.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

• Users must not provide false information when registering for membership.
• Users must not interfere with the normal operation of the Service or infringe upon the intellectual property rights, such as copyrights and trademarks, of third parties.
• Users must not use the app for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.

Article 7 (Exemption Clause)

• The company is not liable for any damages incurred due to the temporary suspension of the Service caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, service maintenance, or communication failures.
• The company is not liable for any damages resulting from information obtained by the user through the Service.

Article 8 (Jurisdiction)

Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court as determined by relevant laws.
